Can you work with my builder or kitchen contractor?
Yes. We coordinate rough-in and finish so cabinets, drywall, and inspections stay on schedule.
Do kitchen and bath remodels need new circuits?
Usually. Modern code wants dedicated small-appliance, GFCI, and lighting circuits. We plan that in the estimate.
Will an addition overload my panel?
We check load first. Many additions need a sub-panel or a 200-amp upgrade. We quote that before we pull cable.
Do you handle permits for remodel wiring?
Yes. We pull electrical permits and meet the inspector for rough-in and final.
Can you rewire around knob-and-tube in a remodel?
Yes. We replace the affected circuits with grounded copper and tell you if the rest of the house needs the same.
