Can you replace a fan that barely moves air?
Yes. We size CFM to the room and vent it outdoors — not into an attic.
Do I need a new circuit?
Often the existing switched circuit works. A new fan with heat or a remote may need a dedicated run, which we quote first.
Will you vent through the roof or a wall?
Whichever path is shortest and code-legal for your house. We do not terminate bathroom fans in the attic.
Can you add a humidity-sensing fan?
